Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our fast paced Real Estate office that is located on the water front in vibrant down town Burlington. PAST REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE + MARKETING EXPERIENCE would be a benefit but is not mandatory. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency with office software, marketing platforms such as Canva, Instagram ,Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and other friendly media platforms. The ability to be agile and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment is mandatory. This job requires the individual to work weekdays and SATURDAYS 9am-5pm but guarantees a minimum or two days off a week. This position could become a full-time permanent position in the future.
Duties
- Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner at the main office and our sales sites on occasion
- Manage phone systems, directing calls and emails appropriately
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Perform data entry with accuracy, including updating property files and client records
- Document organization, and record keeping to ensure smooth office operations
- Assist with all office marketing efforts
- Provide customer support by answering inquiries via phone, email, or in person
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to promote a welcoming environment
- Support administrative tasks where needed such as database management and Real Estate related client care activities
Requirements
- Proven clerical or administrative experience, preferably in a Real Estate setting
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry in our CRM
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in typing and proofreading
- Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and communication abilities
- Ability to efficiently manage front desk responsibilities seamlessly
- Prior experience with filing systems, record management, and general office procedures
- Must demonstrate strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 per week
