Position Overview
Seeking a compassionate Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to support patient assessments, treatment planning, follow-up care, and clinical procedures. This role requires strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills in a collaborative healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform phlebotomy, ECGs, stress testing, and immunizations
- Conduct patient assessments and detailed medical history intake
- Process and label laboratory specimens
- Support infection control and case management activities
- Maintain accurate patient records and EMR documentation
- Coordinate care with physicians, patients, and third-party providers
Qualifications
- Active RPN License required
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- EMR experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Phlebotomy and clinical nursing experience preferred (training provided)
