While immersed in learning our business and culture, you will assume responsibility for a portfolio of accounts and learn the best practices for growing commercial sales, prospecting businesses and understanding our diverse marketplace.

To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must have graduated from an accredited college or university and preference will be given to those with degrees in sales, commerce or business management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive sales growth and account profitability by developing and executing strategies with the District Sales Manager, optimizing pricing models, and leveraging Crane Supply’s sales process and productivity tools.
- Build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships, fostering loyalty, satisfaction, and long-term partnerships with key decision-makers.
- Expand and nurture the customer base through proactive prospecting, high-impact sales calls, compelling presentations, and superior customer service.
- Collaborate with operations and support teams to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery and a seamless customer experience.
- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, while monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and drive strategic growth.
- Anticipate and solve challenges proactively, turning obstacles into opportunities for improvement and revenue growth.
- Manage territory activities strategically, including ad hoc responsibilities, to maximize overall account performance and operational efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 3 years as an Outside Sales Representative; selling industrial/commercial PVF products in a B2B setting
- Proven ability to effectively present products and solutions to customers and close sales opportunities
- Strong negotiating, drive to succeed, new business development experience
- Highly organized and into the detail combined with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong sense of urgency and customer focus
- Strong computer skills
- Valid driver’s license
