Duties
- Counting Express returns.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Return (POR) system.
- Handle cash and count bottle returns accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized point of return area.
- Assist customers with questions and guide them to correct areas.
- Utilize effective communication to simplify return process for customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in basic math for accurate cash handling and counting.
- Familiarity with POR systems is a plus.
- Ability to effectively communicate what is acceptable for drop off and where it goes.
- A positive attitude.
Education
- Secondary school (required)
