Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Salad Maker/Line Cook to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh salads according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Assist with various aspects of food preparation, including chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients
- Cook and assemble menu items as needed, ensuring timely service during busy hours
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas in compliance with food safety regulations
- Handle food with care to prevent cross-contamination and ensure freshness
- Serve dishes to customers or servers promptly, ensuring quality standards are met
- Follow all safety procedures related to food handling, storage, and sanitation
- Support team members in maintaining an efficient workflow during peak hours
Requirements
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
