The Role:
As a Salesperson at Frontline Process Solutions, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Arrange customer visits and make a constant effort to have face-to-face, relationship-building meetings with existing and prospective customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities.
- The ability to responsibly manage occasionally lengthy sales cycles while staying focused on the end goal.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales and capital equipment projects, Preferably in the food processing, aggregate, mining or light industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Mechanical knowledge and hand tool proficiency is an asset
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
