RMProperties is looking for a motivated and hard working individual to clean apartment buildings and apartment turn overs upon move outs. This job is sometime very demanding in cleanliness and punctuality.
You will be assigned work daily and weekly by manager. We need cleaning individuals that understand the upmost standard for real estate representation and presentation.
Hours are 830am to 430pm Monday to Friday. Your schedule needs to be flexible sometimes due to move ins.
To be considered for the job, this individual needs :
- Their own way of transportation

- The ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Great attention to details, consistency cleaning
- The ability to work quickly and efficiently
- Hard worker
- Adapt to different work orders on the fly
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
