Job Summary
We are seeking experienced professionals with a strong background in telecom tower foundation construction and rebar installation. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in structural reinforcement, foundation setup, and related telecommunication infrastructure projects. This role involves working at heights, operating specialized equipment, and ensuring safety compliance across all tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and installation of tower foundations, including rebar placement and concrete pouring.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics related to tower foundations and rebar layouts.
- Operate equipment such as forklifts, bucket trucks, and bucket operation tools safely to facilitate construction activities.
- Conduct site inspections to verify adherence to engineering specifications and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion within scheduled timelines.
- Maintain a clean work environment and properly store tools and materials after use.
Experience
- Proven experience working with telecom tower foundations, rebar installation, or structural reinforcement projects.
- Hands-on experience operating forklifts, bucket trucks, welding equipment, and other construction machinery.
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints related to tower construction.
- Prior experience working at heights on towers or elevated structures is desirable.
- Strong understanding of safety standards applicable to construction sites involving heavy equipment and electrical work.
