About Us
Top Roofers is a growing roofing company in the GTA known for quality workmanship and reliable service. We are expanding and building a stronger operational structure to support our growth.
We are looking for a Production Coordinator who will start hands-on in the field with our crews, learn our systems, and grow into a coordination and leadership role over time.
Important: This is a Hands-On Role First
This position is NOT a desk job or immediate management role.
- You will be working on the roof with the crew daily at the start
- You must be physically capable of handling roofing work
- You will learn our process from the ground up before taking on coordination responsibilities
This is a build-from-within position for someone who wants to grow into a long-term role with the company.
Offer Structure
- Start: $26–$30/hour (based on experience)
- Review at 90 days
Clear path to:
- $30–$35/hour (Coordinator level)
- Salary transition once fully managing production
What You’ll Be Doing (Phase 1 – Field Work)
- Work directly with roofing crews on job sites
- Assist with:
- Shingle removal and installation
- Material handling and loading
- Job site setup and cleanup
- Carry heavy materials and work in outdoor conditions
- Learn Top Roofers’ standards for quality and efficiency
What You’ll Be Doing (Phase 2 – Coordination Growth)
As you prove capability and gain experience, responsibilities will expand to include:
- Assisting with job scheduling and planning
- Coordinating materials and ensuring job readiness
- Supporting communication between crews and owner
- Helping ensure jobs run on time and meet quality standards
What We’re Looking For
Experience
- Roofing experience is required
- Experience working on roofing crews is a strong asset
Physical Requirements (Mandatory)
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor daily
- Able to lift and carry heavy materials
- Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in various conditions

Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour
