Yellowknife Motors is looking for a customer-focused, organized, and energetic Service Advisor to join our growing Fixed Operations team. As the primary point of contact between our customers and service department, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional ownership experience while helping maintain strong customer relationships and service department performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service requests.
- Schedule service appointments and manage repair orders.
- Communicate vehicle repair recommendations and maintenance requirements.
- Prepare accurate estimates and obtain customer authorization for repairs.
- Coordinate workflow between customers and technicians.
- Provide regular updates on vehicle status and repair timelines.
- Review completed repairs with customers and explain invoices.
- Promote maintenance programs, service specials, and additional services as appropriate.
- Maintain customer records and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience that drives loyalty and retention.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Automotive knowledge or experience in a dealership environment is considered an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Excellent organizational and computer skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience with dealership management systems is an asset.
