Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing commercial customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate truck and equipment solutions.
- Generate leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry contacts.
- Conduct product demonstrations and vehicle walkarounds.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Follow up with customers throughout the sales process and after delivery.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of truck specifications, equipment options, financing solutions, and industry trends.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience (commercial vehicle, equipment, automotive, or industrial sales preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Proven ability to generate and close sales opportunities.
- Basic understanding of commercial trucks, heavy equipment, or construction-related industries is considered an asset.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
