Position Overview:
We are hiring for a Restoration Demo Technician. These roles involve working in various conditions including demolition of affected materials. The ideal candidate will have experience in restoration, and demolition, along with certifications in those fields. We’re looking for individuals who are customer-service-oriented, physically fit, and capable of working in a fast-paced safe environment.
Restoration Technician Responsibilities:
- Perform basic demo of floors, walls and other building materials
- Set up and operate drying equipment such as dehumidifiers and air movers.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure safe and effective restoration services.
- Maintain communication with customers, providing updates on job progress.
- Document job details and ensure proper reporting of work completed.
- Work as part of a team to complete restoration projects on time.
Qualifications:
- Demolition or construction experience
- Experience in water damage, smoke or similar restoration work.
- Basic First aid
- Ability to handle physical work, including lifting and carrying heavy equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Customer service experience with a focus on positive interactions.
- Must be comfortable working in fast-paced and variable conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Proof of criminal record check.
- Work efficiently while adhering to safety standards and company procedures.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in demolition, construction, or restoration
- Basic L1 first aid
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to be on call after hours to respond to emergencies.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Physically fit and able to carry and use heavy equipment.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

- Hourly Pay: $20 - $30 per hour based on experience and certifications.
- Overtime: Available and paid at a higher rate.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday with the opportunity for overtime.
