About the Role
We’re seeking a Licensed Leasing Agent who is results-driven, highly organized, and motivated to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This role is 100% commission-based, ideal for a Realtor who is looking for reliable deal flow, part-time flexibility, and a supportive team environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare property advertisements, take marketing photos, and post listings
- Respond to inquiries and coordinate showing appointments
- Conduct property showings and follow-up with potential tenants
- Vet applicants, conduct reference checks, and prepare lease agreements
- Collaborate with the Elevate Realty team to ensure a smooth process from showing to lease signing

Requirements
- Must be a licensed real estate agent in Ontario
- Must be willing to transfer your license to Elevate Realty Inc.
- Available to begin within 2-4 weeks
- Access to a reliable vehicle with insurance
- Willing to work evenings and weekends (when most showings happen)
- Familiarity with Toronto's residential leasing market
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, reliable, and self-motivated

Between High Park and The Beaches (for central access to our primary showing areas)
