We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nail care and including pedicures, manicures and gel-polish application with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail services while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, and gel-polish application and removal
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the work area including appropriate disinfection of tools and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Skills
- Proficient in various nail care techniques including natural nail care.
- Strong customer service skills with an ability to create a friendly atmosphere.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of sanitation and disinfection practices to ensure a safe environment for clients.
- Ability to upsell services and retail products effectively.
- Retail sales experience is a plus, contributing to overall salon success.
