Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude.
- Provide exceptional table service throughout the dining experience.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Make menu recommendations and upsell food and beverage items when appropriate.
- Ensure orders are delivered promptly and accurately.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
- Process cash, debit, and credit card transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Help create a positive and welcoming environment for guests and coworkers alike.
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience using POS systems is an asset.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of food safety and responsible alcohol service is an asset.
- Positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.
