We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Non Registered Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and possess a strong understanding of various massage techniques. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall well-being of our clients by delivering tailored treatments that address their individual needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional massage therapy services (relaxation, deep tissue, etc.) based on client needs
- Create a comfortable, clean, and safe environment for clients
- Communicate effectively with clients about their concerns and preferences
- Maintain client records and treatment notes (if required)
- Follow proper hygiene and sanitation standards
- Keep massage room clean and organized
- Uphold a professional and respectful attitude at all times
- Recommend appropriate self-care or follow-up sessions if needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as necessary to support comprehensive patient care.
Skills
- Strong patient service skills with a focus on empathy and understanding.
- Proficient in patient assessment techniques to identify specific needs for pain management.
- Expertise in deep tissue massage and other therapeutic modalities.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to foster positive relationships with clients.
