Terminal Operator – Kindersley, Saskatchewan

Broadbill Energy Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Terminal Operator to join our team in the Kindersley area.
Reporting to the Operations Team, the Terminal Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the truck off-loading terminal. This position will assist with daily truck off-loading activities, crude oil inventory management, sampling, facility inspections, and routine maintenance while ensuring all work is completed safely and in accordance with company procedures.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate and monitor the truck off-loading terminal.
- Assist with crude oil truck off-loading operations.
- Monitor tank levels, inventories, and product movements.
- Perform crude oil sampling and quality measurements.
- Maintain accurate daily volumetric reports and operating logs.
- Coordinate daily activities with trucking companies and dispatch.
- Conduct routine facility inspections and housekeeping.
- Assist with preventative maintenance and minor equipment troubleshooting.
- Report equipment deficiencies and operational concerns.
- Operate equipment safely while supporting field operations as required.
- Maintain compliance with all company safety policies and regulatory requirements.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in an oilfield battery, truck terminal, or gas plant is considered an asset but is not required. Broadbill is willing to train the right candidate.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence.
- Safety tickets including First Aid, H2S Alive, Fall Protection, and Ground Disturbance are considered an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a small team.
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and commitment to safety.
- Flexible and dependable with the ability to adapt to changing operational requirements.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office experience is considered an asset).
