FH Development Group is a growing residential builder committed to delivering quality homes and communities. We’re looking for a motivated and organized Residential Construction Coordinator to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of residential construction experience who is ready to take the next step in their career. Working directly with the Director of Construction, you’ll help coordinate multiple residential projects while continuing to grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, and material deliveries.
- Monitor project schedules and help keep projects on track.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and company standards.
- Track and coordinate project deficiencies through completion.
- Maintain site reports, project documentation, and progress updates.
- Communicate with homeowners, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and inspectors.
- Identify construction issues and help develop practical solutions.
- Provide regular project updates to the Director of Construction.

Qualifications
- 3–5 years of residential construction experience.
- Experience coordinating residential projects, supervising trades, or working as a lead carpenter or assistant superintendent is an asset.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
- Working knowledge of residential construction practices and the Nova Scotia Building Code.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Buildertrend, Buildern, or similar software is an asset.
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation.
