We are currently building a talent pool of qualified Reach Stacker Operators. Successful applicants may be contacted as operational requirements arise throughout the season.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Reach Stacker Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient movement, stacking, loading, and unloading of shipping containers using a reach stacker. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the container terminal.

Operate a reach stacker to move, stack, load, and unload shipping containers.

Perform daily pre-operational inspections of assigned equipment.

Report mechanical issues or maintenance requirements promptly.

Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures.

Work closely with dispatchers, truck drivers, and terminal personnel to support daily operations.

Position containers accurately according to operational requirements.

Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Previous experience operating a Reach Stacker is strongly preferred.

Candidates without reach stacker experience must have:

A valid forklift operator certification; and
-
A minimum of 2–3 years of forklift operating experience, preferably on large-capacity equipment.

Fluency in French is mandatory.

Willingness and ability to work outdoors in all four seasons.

Good physical condition and ability to work in an industrial environment.

Strong safety awareness, reliability, and teamwork skills.

Valid Class 1 or Class 3 driver's licence.

Experience in a container terminal, port, transportation, or logistics environment.

Experience operating other heavy material handling equipment.

Primarily outdoor work throughout all seasons.

Fast-paced industrial environment.
