Job Description:
Position: Warehouse Staff
Schedule Requirements:
Regular working hours are 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Applicants must also be available to work weekends and evening shifts (typically 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM) as required. Work schedules may vary based on operational needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coffee packaging for wholesale, retail, online, and bulk orders
- Providing backup for online logistics
- Covering vacation periods for wholesale, retail, and online orders
- Preparing boxes for packaging
- Restocking and organizing inventories
- Cleaning and maintaining the roastery
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical condition for lifting and moving boxes
- Team player with good communication skills
- Previous experience in a warehouse or packaging environment is a plus
