Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment
- Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
- Follow sanitation procedures and maintain a safe working environment
- Serve dishes promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
Skills
- Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments
