Our reputation is built on quality workmanship, honest service, and a passion for European engineering. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Automotive Technician to join our growing team.
About the Position
As a key member of our shop, you will diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of German vehicles using modern diagnostic equipment and factory-level repair procedures. This is an excellent opportunity for a technician who takes pride in their work and enjoys solving complex mechanical and electrical problems.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on German vehicles
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
- Complete inspections and accurately document findings
- Use scan tools and diagnostic equipment effectively
- Perform repairs according to manufacturer specifications
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- Red Seal Automotive Service Technician certification preferred
- Minimum 3 years of automotive repair experience
- Experience with BMW, Mini, Mercedes-Benz, Sprinter, Audi, or Volkswagen, vehicles is a strong asset
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Courtenay, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- automotive technician: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driver's License (required)
- Journeyman Ticket (required)
