Customer Service:
Greet guests, take orders, answer questions about the menu, and provide prompt and efficient service.
Order Fulfillment:
Relay orders to the kitchen, deliver food and drinks to tables, and ensure all orders are accurate and timely.
Table Management:
Set tables properly, bus and clear tables promptly, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Menu Knowledge:
Possess a comprehensive knowledge of the menu items, daily specials, and any allergy or dietary restrictions.
Cash Handling:
Accurately handle cash and card transactions, and ensure the accuracy of receipts.
Cleanliness:
Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment, including busing tables, restocking supplies, and cleaning workstations.
Teamwork:
Assist other staff members as needed and maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.
