What does a typical day look like at Mr. Lube Eversyde?
Focusing on the customer! You will help create a great customer experience from the time they enter our shop, to discussing our products and services, to completing services efficiently and professionally. You will be fully trained through Mr. Lube’s comprehensive Customer First training program.
We are seeking reliable Lube and Tire Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will be dependable, eager to learn, and committed to providing excellent customer service. Experience is an asset but not required as we provide full training.
General Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance services such as oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid services
- Complete vehicle inspections to identify maintenance needs
- Communicate recommended maintenance services to customers
- Utilize shop tools and equipment safely
- Follow company service procedures and safety standards
- Maintain accurate service records
- Keep a clean and safe work environment
- Work as part of a team to deliver efficient and high-quality service
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the visit
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development
What we are looking for:
- Lube technician or automotive maintenance experience is an asset but not required
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Mechanical aptitude is considered an asset
Wage:
Wage will depend on experience. Bonus opportunities available.
