Earnings: $205,000 – $250,000 per year (gross)

The Carr Group is a national logistics company with 114 years in business. We are an established last-mile appliance home delivery operation in Saskatchewan and due to continued growth and increased volume, we are adding Owner Operators to our team.
This is local work. You are home every night. No shutdowns. Steady, full-time volume five days a week (as long as you are motivated and capable of doing this type of work)
HOW YOU EARN
- 16 - 18 stops per day is our daily routing mandate
- We pay by the completed stop
- Accessorial rates add an additional 5–9% on top of your daily earnings
- Direct deposit every two weeks
- We handle all invoicing and billing automatically
- We handle all pre-calls customers automatically
You focus on the deliveries. We handle the paperwork.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 24' or 26' straight box truck (lift gate is a strong asset)
- Valid driver's licence
- WCB coverage
- Commercial vehicle insurance
- Running authority
- Your own swamper/helper
- Physical ability to lift 25–125 lbs
- Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
- Appliance delivery experience is a strong asset
WHAT THE ROLE LOOKS LIKE DAY TO DAY
- Deliver appliances safely and efficiently with zero damage to products or customer property
- Complete basic appliance installation as required
- Update handheld PDA device at each stop
- Provide customers with a professional, top-tier delivery experience
- Show up consistently - we have work every single day so if you are dispatched you need to take owner/operator role seriously and show up for assignment.
