I'm currently recruiting an Electromechanic for a manufacturing company specializing in industrial recycling and sustainable material recovery. The company operates modern production facilities and places a strong emphasis on equipment reliability, continuous improvement and workplace safety. As the site's Electromechanic, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability of the plastic processing facility and supporting day-to-day production.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electronic systems
- Performing preventive maintenance on production equipment
- Supporting predictive maintenance initiatives and continuous improvement projects
- Developing and updating maintenance procedures when required
- Managing spare parts inventory
- Recording maintenance activities using the CMMS
- Working closely with production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance
This position is approximately 60% mechanical and 40% electrical, offering significant autonomy within the maintenance department.
We're looking for someone who has:
- DEP (or equivalent) in Electromechanics;
- At least 5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience;
- Valid C/E electrical license;
- Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems;
- Experience using a CMMS;
- Basic Microsoft Office skills;
- Fluent French and functional written English.
