We're looking for a Bilingual Recruitment Assistant to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. This opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys supporting a busy team, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
As a key member of our team, you'll help keep our recruitment operations running smoothly by supporting both administrative and recruiting functions. While a large portion of your time will be dedicated to administrative and back-office responsibilities, you'll also have the opportunity to step into recruitment activities when business needs require additional support.
Your day-to-day work may include creating job orders, posting opportunities, conducting candidate sourcing activities, completing phone pre-screens, maintaining accurate records in our systems, supporting onboarding activities, coordinating interviews, preparing candidate submissions, and ensuring recruitment data remains current and organized. During periods of high hiring volume or when team members are away, you may be asked to take on additional recruitment responsibilities to help keep the hiring process moving forward.
We're looking for someone who is fully bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken, and who is comfortable communicating professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision. Most importantly, we're seeking someone who is eager to learn, takes direction well, and can quickly jump into new tasks with confidence and a positive attitude.
This is a temporary, part-time position offering the flexibility of working from home. You'll be scheduled for a minimum of 12 hours per week, with the potential for up to 25 hours per week based on workload and business needs. The position offers a pay rate of $27.00 per hour.
