Graphic Designer/ Engraving Apprentice/ Customer Service
We are seeking a Graphic Designer with experience in CorelDRAW or similar design software to join our team and operate our engraving equipment on your own.
As an Engraving Apprentice, you will receive hands-on training in:
- Laser engraving machines
- Diamond drag engravers
- Sublimation techniques
- Production and finishing touches
In addition to production work, this position includes sales counter duties, so strong customer service skills are essential. You’ll be assisting clients, helping them with orders, and ensuring each project meets our high standards for quality and accuracy.

- Reliable work ethic
- Able to work alone or as part of the team with a positive attitude.

This is a hands-on, in-person position that requires working on-site at our location. Applicants must be local and able to work in person. Out-of-area applicants will not be considered. Please apply only if you meet these requirements.
