Responsibilities:
- Drive MANUAL Transmission
- Safely and efficiently operate commercial vehicles - 40' Containers - Tractor Trailer
- Supervise load and unload freight
- Follow assigned routes and schedules for timely delivery of goods.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
- Communicate with dispatch regarding any delays, issues, or changes in delivery plans.
- Ability to cross border to USA REQUIRED
- Ability to obtain TWIC Clearance for US Ports
Qualifications:
- Valid AZ driver's license with a clean driving record, license manual transmission
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Please note that this position will require being away for 4 nights, 5 days straight. Monday to Friday Operation, leaving Sunday afternoon possibility.
