What You'll Do
- Assist customers through the entire vehicle buying journey – from initial contact to final delivery.
- Develop relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Stay current on vehicle features, financing options, and manufacturer programs.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer records in our CRM system.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and dealership goals.
- Represent the Mike Yarek Dodge brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and care. What We're Looking For
- Proven customer service or sales experience (automotive experience is a bonus but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A self-motivated team player who thrives in a goal-oriented environment.
- Valid Ontario G-Class driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- OMVIC certification or willingness to obtain it (training support available).
