Job Summary

Duties
- Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments according to client preferences and industry standards
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable styles or products
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work station in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Upsell retail products to enhance client results and increase salon sales
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and processing payments
- Provide excellent customer service by creating a friendly and professional atmosphere
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products through ongoing education and training
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and retain clients
- Expertise in hair styling, coloring, cutting, and chemical treatments
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Effective communication skills to understand client needs and explain service options clearly
- Ability to upsell retail products naturally during consultations
- Experience with retail sales and front desk operations is preferred
