Job Description
We are seeking experienced Framing Workers for a construction project in Newmarket, Ontario. Candidates must possess a valid RCMP FA2 security clearance and have hands-on experience in commercial, institutional, or industrial construction environments.
The successful candidates will perform framing activities, assist with site construction tasks, and ensure work is completed according to project specifications and safety standards. Candidates with broader carpentry and construction experience may be considered for extended project assignments.
Responsibilities
Perform wood and metal stud framing.
Measure, cut, and assemble framing materials.
Install wall, partition, and structural framing components.
Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Follow all site safety and security requirements.
Required Qualifications
Active RCMP FA2 Clearance (Mandatory).
Proven experience in framing and carpentry work.
Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
Experience using construction tools and equipment.
Strong attention to detail and workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
