Job Summary

Duties
- Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide recommendations to enhance their dining experience
- Accurately take food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring proper food handling and sanitation standards are maintained
- Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management and prioritization
- Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while providing excellent guest service
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in compliance with food safety regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and positive reviews
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and cashiering
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for billing, tips, and cash handling tasks
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Experience in upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Kitchen experience or understanding of food preparation processes is a plus
- Demonstrated hospitality mindset with a focus on guest services and satisfaction
- Language requirement: English AND Mandarin
