East Coast Hearing is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Clinic Administrator to join our team. This is a key role within our clinic, serving as the first point of contact for our patients while ensuring the day-to-day operations of the clinic run smoothly.

Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Responsibilities include, but are not Limited to:
- Welcome patients and provide exceptional customer service
- Update and maintain patient information in our patient management software
- Answer and direct telephone calls professionally
- Schedule appointments and manage audiologists' calendars
- Assist patients with basic hearing aid cleaning and maintenance
- Support walk-in patients with questions and hearing aid concerns
- Order, receive, and maintain hearing aids, accessories, and clinic supplies
- Assemble, prepare, and charge hearing aids
- Process payments, issue receipts, and operate the point-of-sale system
- Balance daily cash and prepare bank deposits
- Maintain accurate patient records, including scanning documents and recording journal notes
- Contact patients regarding appointments, follow-up care, recalls, and required paperwork
- Prepare contracts, forms, and other administrative documents
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier shipments, and manufacturer returns
- Perform other administrative duties as required to support clinic operations
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in office administration
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
- A warm, professional, and positive attitude
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software
- Well-developed telephone communication skills
- A genuine desire to help people
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team
Experience in a medical, hearing healthcare, dental, or legal office is considered an asset but is not required.
