Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations within a dealership environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, be proficient in various administrative tasks, data input, balancing reports, attention to detail, including handling and balancing cash and demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner at the front desk.
- Manage incoming phone calls, booking appointments, or direct them to the appropriate personnel while providing accurate information.
- Scheduling appointments accurately
- Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accounts are updated and maintained accurately.
- Organize and file documents systematically for easy retrieval.
- Maintain an orderly front desk area, ensuring it is welcoming to all visitors.
- Utilize office computer systems effectively to manage information and communications.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role, or office environment prefered.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills, and an aptitude for working with several computer programs at once.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office phone systems.
- Excellent attention to detail in written communications, and entries.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients and staff alike.

Pay: $38,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
