Overview
We are looking for a service coordinator excited to join a growing team!
The hired candidate should have experience working in a machinery or equipment environment providing the following duties:
- responding to inquiries from customers requiring quotes
- providing customer service via email, phone, or walk-in to customers seeking machinery parts or information about machine service
- sourcing materials for customers and for technicians in the shop
- managing transactions through computer program
- performing ad hoc administrative support to the shop and office team when required

60-65k per year plus benefits.
Requirements
- 2-3 plus years of service or parts coordination experience
- heavy machinery parts knowledge preferred
- strong computer skills and administrative capabilities
- friendly, professional, and energetic in customer interactions (in person, phone, or email)
- good team player and multi-tasker
- reliable and good communicator
- fluent in verbal and written English
- legally entitled to work for any employer in Canada
