Summary
Trudel Roofing is searching for capable individuals to join our team for the 2026 Roofing season. We are looking to fill positions for roofing installers, labourers and a crew driver.
Labourer Positions
- Labourers require 1 year of experience working on a sloped roofing crew.
- Fit and able to lift 100 pounds
- License is not required but offering pay increase for being a crew driver
- Pay range $22-$25 an hour based on experience and drivers license
Installer Positions
- Installer positions must have minimum 1 year experience installing shingles on sloped roof systems
- Have experience gauging for straight installs
- Class 5 drivers license is not required but if you have license pay increase for driving crew truck
- Be on time able to follow safety procedures/documentation for COR
- Be a team player and set a good example for the rest of your crew
- Able to problem solve and trouble shoot with good communication to management
- Pay range $25-$32 an hour based on experience and drivers license
