We are looking for FUN, Dynamic, Hard-Working and Enthusiastic Coaches for our part-time roles in Regina!
Our Coaches must be imaginative, as we teach kids 18 months to 7 years old basic soccer skills through creative games while pretending to be Superheros, Silly Monkeys, Pirates and MORE!
Pay ranges from $16.00 - $18.00/hr based on role and experience
Qualities to be Successful:
- REALLY outgoing, confident personality with a strong presence
- Quick thinker, 100% reliable and a good team player
- Understand how to engage young children
- Previous coaching/childcare experience
- Ability to lead children through session plans & find your inner child to be playful and fun!
- Have excellent verbal communication skills to engage both children during classes and parents in progress discussions
- Having own vehicle is an asset
Physical Requirements:
- Be physically fit to both demonstrate and coach soccer training drills
- Able to lift equipment bag 30-50lbs
The Role is Part-Time:
- Consistent availability on weekends is a must, classes are on Saturdays and Sundays
Upon Hire, the following will be required:
- Valid criminal record check with Vulnerable Sector Screening
- Valid & completed First Aid Certification
- Written character references
