Job Description:
In this role you will be responsible to work with Foreman and Operation Managers to achieve a finished landscape that meets to designed plans. This position calls for someone who thrives in outdoor construction environments and excels equipment operating and manual labour. New hires will need to take direction and also adhere to all safety requirements.
Deliverable 1 – Work 50-60 hours per week during spring and summer months
- Display hard work throughout the shifts
- Be flexible with travel to sites across southern and central Alberta
- Be a team player with the group to ensure productive hours are achieved
- Be punctual and ready to work
Deliverable 2 - Contribute to projects staying on time and budget
· Be a team player. Work with the group to achieve high standards of quality for all projects straight to final completion
· Ask questions. Demonstrate a willingness to grow in the position and with the company.
· Embrace the work. All tasks, regardless of how technical, are all vital to the completion of a project and the budget.
- Showcase the ability to operate multiple types of equipment (example: Skid Steers, Excavators, Dozers, etc. )
Deliverable 3- Contribute to an overall team satisfaction rating of 80%.
- Number based of quarterly review scores from site foreman, operation managers, and ownership
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Min Class 5 drivers license
- First Aid certification
- Equipment operating experience with Skid Steer, Mini Ex, Excavator, and Dozer is an asset
- Ability to read site plans

Wage Range
$20-35/hr (with overtime pay and bonus incentives)
