St. Catharines Nissan is looking to add a customer-focused Automotive Parts Representative to join our growing Parts Department.
We are looking for someone who, takes pride in providing excellent customer service, and can work effectively with our Service and Sales Departments, technicians, wholesale customers and retail customers.

What You'll Do
Assist retail, wholesale and internal customers with automotive parts inquiries
Identify and accurately source automotive parts and accessories
Prepare parts orders and ensure parts are available when required
Work closely with Service Advisors and Technicians to support repair orders
Communicate with parts suppliers and manufacturers to locate and order required parts
Receive, inspect, organize and stock incoming parts
Maintain accurate inventory and assist with inventory control
Process parts invoices, credits, returns and warranty-related parts
Provide pricing and availability information to customers
Follow up on backordered and special-order parts
Maintain a clean, organized and professional Parts Department
Provide exceptional customer service at all times
Follow dealership policies, procedures and health and safety requirements
Perform other Parts Department duties as required
What We're Looking For
Previous automotive parts experience is an asset but not required.
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable using computer .
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
Professional, positive and dependable attitude
Valid driver's licence if required to perform essential job-related driving duties

Compensation
$50,0000– $65,000 per year, including base pay and bonus.
