Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of inside sales representatives to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Ensure that sales representatives are making effective, high-quality calls to improve results.
- Develop and refine sales scripts, objection handling techniques, and closing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain dashboards that provide real-time visibility into individual and team performance.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.
- Continuously analyze and optimize sales processes, including lead qualification, prospecting, and closing techniques.
- Implement and maintain CRM best practices to ensure accurate pipeline management and forecasting.
- Manage the lead opportunity pipeline
- Daily monitoring of the phone queue and CRM to ensure accountability of the sales team
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in B2B inside sales.
- Assist in the introduction of new products to the sales department and marketplace driving sales performance.
- Address escalated customer issues promptly and work towards an amicable resolution.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and drive sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- Proven success as an Inside Sales Manager or a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional capability in driving results through data and technology
- Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools (Ex. Salesforce)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude
- Skilled at thriving under pressure while managing multiple priorities
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to maintaining excellent service standards
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends
