Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Drive customer vehicles to and from the dealership for service and repairs, ensuring they arrive on time and in excellent condition.

Schedule and coordinate vehicle pick-up and delivery times with the service department and customers.
Customer Interaction:

Greet customers professionally during vehicle pickup and delivery, ensuring a positive experience.

Provide clear communication with customers regarding vehicle pick-up/delivery timelines and state that communication going forward will be with an advisor.

Answer any customer questions related to the pickup and delivery process, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Clean and professional attire must be worn at all times including Windsor Ford clothing. (shirt, jacket)
Vehicle Inspection & Condition Reporting:

Conduct a thorough inspection of each vehicle before and after transport to identify and document any existing damage using provided form. Take pictures of four corners and VIN# which will be attached to RO once its written.

Safeguard customer vehicles by driving carefully and maintaining vehicle cleanliness when transporting.

Ensure all vehicles are treated with respect and driven with care.
Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of vehicle pick-up and delivery details, including customer information, time of arrival and departure, and condition reports.

Complete all necessary paperwork related to vehicle transactions, including mileage tracking and condition reports.

Ensure all records are filed correctly and updated in the dealership’s system.
Communication with Service Department:

Work closely with the service advisors to ensure accurate timing of vehicle pick-up and delivery.

Alert the service team to any issues or concerns regarding the vehicle during the transport process.
Other Duties as Assigned:

Assist with any other duties requested by the dealership management, such as helping with customer arrivals, answering phone calls, or supporting other departments when needed.

Assist in other valet-related duties as needed, such as parking customer vehicles, shuttling customers, or moving vehicles for staff access.

Ensure the dealership’s parking areas and vehicle display spaces are kept neat and organized.

Other duties which may be assigned by management.
