We're looking for an experienced Client Services Coordinator who understands that exceptional client care starts long before a patient enters the hospital.
This is much more than answering phones and checking clients in and out. Our Client Service team is the first point of contact for every family we serve. They set the tone for each visit, coordinate complex schedules, solve problems, and help ensure that every pet receives the care they need.
As our Client Services Coordinator, you'll provide leadership and support to our Client Service team while helping create an organized, welcoming, and efficient hospital environment.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and support our Client Service team.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients through compassionate, confident communication.
- Manage appointment flow to ensure our doctors and technicians can help as many pets and families as possible each day.
- Coordinate referrals and specialist communication.
- Oversee front-end administrative responsibilities, including inventory management and ordering.
- Assist with training, coaching, and maintaining high customer service standards.
- Collaborate with leadership to continually improve hospital efficiency and the client experience.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has experience in a client-facing, relationship-building role where communication and trust were essential.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys juggling multiple priorities.
- Can anticipate problems before they happen and is an excellent organizer.
- Has strong leadership skills and enjoys coaching others.
- Is compassionate, positive, and solution-focused.
- Is comfortable learning new technology and veterinary software (experience is an asset but not required).
Veterinary experience is an asset, but...
We're just as interested in candidates who have excelled in hospitality, healthcare, customer service, or other service-focused leadership roles. If you've built strong client relationships, led a team, and enjoy creating exceptional experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
Why Join Us?
We're an independently owned veterinary team that believes outstanding medicine starts with outstanding people. We value collaboration, kindness, continuous learning, and creating an environment where both our clients and our team feel genuinely cared for.
If you're passionate about leadership, organization, and helping pets by supporting the people who love them, we'd love to meet you.
