We are growing our Hair Boutique team !! we are looking for someone with approximately 1-3 years of salon experience who has a strong foundation, a great attitude, a desire to learn and grow and most importantly, a passion for doing hair! Join our vibrant team as a Junior Hairstylist and ignite your passion for beauty and customer service! In this energetic role, you will take new clients, assist experienced stylists while developing your skills, help maintain the salon appearance the daily operations. Responsibilities
- Support senior hairstylists by preparing styling tools, products, and workstations for client appointments
- Assist with hair washing, conditioning, and scalp treatments to ensure client comfort and satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the salon to promote a safe environment
- Engage with clients at the front desk by scheduling appointments, answering questions, and providing excellent customer service
- Promote retail sales by recommending hair care products suited to individual client needs
- Participate in upselling services or packages to enhance client experience and salon revenue
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations
Qualifications
- 1-3 years salon experience
- Passion for hairstyling, beauty, and delivering outstanding customer service
- Strong communication skills to connect with clients and team members effectively
- Basic knowledge of hair styling techniques and sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn new skills and stay updated on current trends in hair fashion
- Previous experience in retail sales or front desk roles is a plus but not required
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a welcoming salon atmosphere

We’re dedicated to supporting your growth as a Junior Hairstylist offering high-level hands-on skill building training and guidance every step of the way while ensuring every client leaves feeling fabulous.
If you think we’d be a good fit, we’d love to meet you in person to drop off a résumé Monday and Friday 10 o’clock to five. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays 10 o’clock to seven and Saturdays nine to one with the exception of long weekends we are closed on Saturdays.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
