At Uxbridge Veterinary Hospital, our Client Care Team is often the first voice a client hears and the last person they see before heading home with their pet. That means this role is about much more than answering phones or booking appointments.
We're looking for someone who is warm, confident, organized, and genuinely enjoys helping people. Someone who can handle a busy waiting room, a ringing phone, and an emotional client, all while keeping their cool and making every interaction feel personal.

What You'll Do
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule appointments and manage a busy hospital calendar
- Answer phones, emails, and client inquiries
- Guide clients through visits, estimates, and follow-up care
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Work closely with veterinarians, RVTs, and support staff to ensure a seamless client experience
- Help create a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Support clients during both exciting and emotional moments in their pet's life

What We're Looking For
To be considered, applicants must have at least one of the following:
- Previous customer service experience in a veterinary hospital, medical office, dental office, healthcare setting, or similar professional environment
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced service industry
Applications will not be considered if:
- You have no customer service experience
- You're applying solely because you love animals but have not worked in a customer-facing role
- You are uncomfortable managing phones, client concerns, scheduling, and administrative responsibilities
Bonus Points If You Have
- Veterinary clinic experience
- Avimark experience
- Experience handling difficult conversations with confidence and professionalism
- Experience in hospitality, healthcare, or client-focused service environments
- Fear Free or veterinary client care experience

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
