Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant experience, and a thorough understanding of food safety, food preparation, and hospitality standards. This role involves supervising staff, managing food handling procedures, and maintaining a welcoming environment that promotes team success and customer satisfaction.

- On site :Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities
- Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies.
- Plan and organize daily operations.
- Set staff work schedules.
- Train staff.
- Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Provide customer service.
- Recruit and hire staff.
