Summary Role:
This role is focused on product parts support for customers providing great service through timely support and shipped goods. This member will work together with the after sales operations and customer support team.
Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack and ship parts to customers
- Maintain organization of warehouse parts shelf storage
- Keep track of incoming and outgoing stock to ensure inventory levels
- Optimize physical warehouse storage
Skills and Qualifications:
- Professional attitude with dedication, respect and kindness
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Handle packages up to 50 pounds of weight
- Computer skills, including e-commerce platforms, ShipStation, Microsoft
- Minimum 2 years of Customer Service, warehouse experience or related
