Part-time reception position for a busy central Toronto residential real estate office. Candidates with a reception and real estate office experience are a must. Wage based on experience. Available shifts are 2-3 weekday evenings (5 pm - 8 pm) AND weekend shifts (Sat: 9 am - 5 pm and/or Sun: 11 am - 4 pm)
The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for our office and the ideal candidate will have a keen, proactive demeanour with a smile.
Primary duties include:
- Answer telephones and input messages using BrokerBay
- Confirm appointments, updating listing information and appointment instructions into BrokerBay
- Offers (via WebForms) -- preparation of offers, amendments, waivers, and other related forms / documents
- Following up and responding to emails
- Greet and assist clients and sales representatives
- General typing
- Keys - responsible for maintaining and signing out property keys
- General photocopying, scanning documents, and filing
- Other duties as assigned
Candidates to possess:
- Strong reception experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Work well under pressure while multi-tasking
- Strong positive attitude
- Real estate office experience a must
