Overview
We are seeking a full time employee for a dairy farm in the Dorchester/Belmont area. Recent dairy and/or general farming experience is required.
Duties
- Monitoring robotic milking system
- Maintain cleanliness of barn and milking equipment
- Assist with feeding, monitoring and general care of cattle
- Operate farm machinery such as tractors, feed mixers, and other equipment safely
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on farm machinery and equipment
- Support general farm duties
- Training will be provided
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to follow safety protocols
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independantly
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
