Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Auto Detailer / Undercoater to join our automotive service team. This role involves thorough cleaning, detailing, and undercoating of vehicles to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about vehicle care. Prior experience in cleaning or customer service is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn and grow within the industry. Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning and detailing of vehicles, including interior and exterior surfaces
- Apply undercoating and protective treatments to vehicle undersides to prevent rust and corrosion
- Ensure all vehicles are cleaned to company standards before delivery or customer pickup
- Use specialized tools and cleaning products safely and effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding vehicle services performed
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times during vehicle handling and treatment processes
Experience
- Prior experience in cleaning, detailing, or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
- Willingness to learn new techniques related to vehicle detailing and undercoating processes
